How many details we need to pay attention when customizing a candle box?

Nowadays more and more people like the scented candle to relax their life, therefore a kind of luxury candle box package become more important when they choose which candle they like. So currently candle gift box is a trend, we found this kind of packaging is more and more popular.

Here is an example of one candle box which we customized for the client. When making sample, we did many details before production. Let’s see how many details we did for this gift box ?

Firstly, we need to confirm the box shape, this candle cup we make it lid and base box.

Besides, compared to normal lid and base box, we add one surrouding grey board at the bottom box so that top box and bottom box is the same hight. With this structure, it will make the whole box looks more luxury and elegant.

Secondly, we need to confirm the box size. Length 12cm* Width12cm*Hight12cm

Thirdly, in order to fix the candle cup, we have to open EVA mould.

How to customize one precise EVA ?

At the top part, there is one card slot, it’s better to make the size some minimeter larger than the cup diameter. This could avoid the cup will be taken out and break when we take off the top lid.

The same reason, the bottom EVA card slot, we have to make the hole size fit exactly the cup, this could help to the candle fix in the box, rather than swing to and fro.

What’s more, the inside EVA hight is not suggested to make it too deep nor too shallow.

Fourth, In order to make the gift box edge looks clear-cut, there is V-shape cut on the grey board. When touching it, it looks tidy and exquisite.

Fifth,At the top box, there is spot UV printing technique on the graphics. Spot UV is a kind of shiny oil which could emphasize the design, making it more outstanding.

Sixth,This is a kind of black printing box, thus when people touching it ,it’s easy to get scratched on the outside.  To avoid that, when producing, it’s using the anti-scratch matt lamination film.

Above details even though they look very small,but on the contrary, because of all the details together, the entire candle box become special.
