Product Inspection
Packaging box inspection is a quality control process that involves checking the packaging boxes for defects or inconsistencies before they are shipped or used.
The following steps are involved in the product inspection process:
- Visual inspection: We look for flaws in the packing boxes, such as dents, scratches, splits, discolourations, or incorrect printing.
- Dimensional inspection: To make sure the packaging boxes fit the specifications, they are measured and examined.
- Functional inspection: The packaging boxes undergo testing to make sure they carry out the specified purpose, which may include safeguarding the product within or ensuring a suitable fit.
- Safety inspection: The packing boxes are examined to make sure they meet all safety requirements, including those pertaining to flammability, toxicity, and food contact.
